Before you call technical support at AlaNet,
please take time to prepare for the call so that we can help you
more efficiently.
- Be in front of your computer with the
computer turned "on".
- Leave the error message displayed on
screen or write down the error message word-for-word.
- Know which version of the Operating
System you have (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 3.1, MacOS,
etc.).
- Know which type and version of browser
or e-mail software you are using.
